STEP ONE

Find your order using the form below, and let us know what you want to return or exchange.

STEP TWO

Once authorized, a return shipping label will be sent to the email address in which you placed your original order.*

STEP THREE

Drop off the package at your local post office. Once we receive that item(s) back we will issue your refund within 3-5 business days.

*Please note: Merchandise must be postmarked for return or exchange 30 days of confirmed delivery. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Merchandise marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after returned items are received by Garb. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
